Who we are

Lippa is operated by Accillion AS, a company registered in Norway.

What we collect

• Account data: email address and display name, collected at sign-up.
• Conversation content: AI conversation text you choose to sync via the Chrome extension or manual import. This content is stored to enable extraction, search, and context pack generation.
• Usage data: page views and feature interactions, collected to improve the product.

How we store your data

• Database: Google Cloud SQL (europe-west1). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• File storage: Cloudflare R2 (EU region). Raw transcripts are stored as encrypted objects.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.

Retention

• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@lippa.ai.
• Deleted data is purged within 30 days.

Cookies

Lippa uses a session cookie for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Third-party services

• OpenAI API: conversation content is sent to OpenAI for extraction processing. OpenAI's data processing terms apply.
• Google Cloud (Cloud SQL, europe-west1): database hosting.
• Cloudflare: CDN and object storage.
• Google Cloud (Cloud Run, europe-west1): application hosting.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@lippa.ai to exercise these rights.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated by email.
